- As a Resident, you will receive exceptional training to prepare you for a life long career in Orthotics & Prosthetics.
- The Clinician Resident is bound by the prevailing residency rules, regulations and standards set forth by NCOPE as well as the Code of Professional Responsibility from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics (ABC).
- Supervision is to be provided by local NCOPE accredited residency director, residency mentor(s) and Hanger Clinic clinical staff as determined by residency director.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or post-graduate Certificate in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited college or university is required.
