- The Pulmonary Rehab Team is comprised of a Medical Director, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Clinical Exercise Physiologists and a Patient Service Representative.
- We have an exciting and new opportunity for a CNS for the Pulmonary Rehab Department, an advanced practice nurse to take a leadership role in designing, implementing and evaluating patient-specific and population-based programs of care at the unit based and system level.
- A critical component of the CNS is to generate and evaluate evidence for practice.
- The CNS works collaboratively to provide guidance, direction and assistance to the health care team to maintain and provide optimum quality care to a population with pulmonary diseases.
