- The Clinical Evaluator - Occupational Therapist / Physical Therapist / Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will conduct evaluations and provide hearing screening for children birth to three years old who are being evaluation for Part C Early Intervention services.
- The OT/PT/SLP will work with clients to provide Part C eligibility evaluations, speech evaluations, and direct intervention services.
- They will participate in transdisciplinary team for Early Intervention caseload as a developmental expert, as a resource to peers, and as an advocate for the needs of the individual client.
- The OT/PT/SLP will report to the EIE Clinical Team Lead in the Developmental & Behavioral Health Department as part of the Early Intervention Evaluation Entity.
- Provides OT / PT / SLP assessment and intervention activities in the home, clinic, or community.
