- With primary responsibilities in the areas of Project Management, Logistics, and Quality Assurance, the mission of the Client Services team is to retain and grow client relationships by orchestrating the entire project lifecycle and delivering a superior level of customer service.
- Collaborate with various members of the production, tech and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates.
- Experienced candidates will be called upon to provide training and guidance on best practices to support process improvement and optimization and to aid in scoping and developing technical solutions.
- DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Superior time management and attention to detailExperience working in any service-based industry such as: retail, food service, hospitality, etc.
