- Call intake including the dispatching, follow-up, status updates, and resolution coordination of all service calls.
- Processing technician requests related to calls in a timely manner with verification to technician that request has been processed; including but not limited to call status updates, customer quotes, material ordering, and specific client requests.
- 1 year or more in call center, customer service, or another relevant environment that showcases computer use, customer oriented environment, and exceptional communication needs.
