- In our Client Service Administrator role, you will provide support to customers and the internal departments by doing customer portal and email pay setup while maintaining an accurate training and installation schedule for merchants.
- Assist Support team by reviewing records, following up with customers, and submitting paperwork related to their cases and support via remote session.
- Track the support communication pipeline and assign cases to the proper individuals.
