- Provide professional, friendly, compassionate, and courteous service to all patients, physical therapy staff, and other professionals, in all interactions, including issue resolution, scheduling, new patient onboarding, and collecting money over the counter.
- Perform all points of contact for non-clinical patient services, including managing the patient scheduling process; collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments; maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records; maintaining a tidy and sanitary front desk area.
- Manage clinic scheduling to ensure each patient is matched with the best clinician for their needs/injury, as well as coordinating scheduling for optimal clinic capacity.
- Execute and reinforce administrative and patient experience Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and best practices within the clinic.
