- This position is responsible for managing, overseeing, and leading the completion of required analyses, assessments, and reports related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Transit Equity and Language Access (Title VI), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise/Small Business Enterprise (DBE/SBE) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) programs.
- The Civil Rights and Equity Analyst will provide technical analysis expertise, experience, and skills to the Civil Rights Division (CRD) and other business units at RTD. In coordination with CRD management and staff, this position manages the development, implementation, and the ongoing execution of division-centric key performance indicators that align with RTD’s Strategic Plan. Participates in the development and delivery of division goals, objectives, projects, and priorities.
- Design and create static and dynamic visualizations using Excel, ArcGIS and Adobe Illustrator.
- Maintains GIS data using ArcGIS, including editing data, publishing services, and performing analyses on various datasets.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Research Methods and Analysis, Public Administration/Policy, Business, Psychology, Economics, Urban Studies and Planning, Human Resources, Geographic Information System, Finance or related field with demonstrated course work in statistical analysis, research and survey methodology, geospatial analysis and transportation policy.
