- Carries out all master level chiller operational maintenance and troubleshooting functions to include: HVAC systems, chilled water systems, split refrigeration,/Dx, VAV, FCU, PIU, fume hoods, exhaust fans, gas heaters, chillers, cooling towers, controls, air compressors, Freon, chemical treatments, ice machines and filters.
- Test and troubleshoot components of pneumatic and electronic control systems and natural gas and/or propane burner and supply system.
- Advanced State of Georgia HVAC License and/or advanced boiler operator or inspector license; formal verifiable training programs (ie-Union License) in a related field
- Master-level knowledge and skills required to operate; clean, inspect, adjust, maintain, repair, replace, calibrate, test and troubleshoot chiller/refrigeration systems and associated piping systems.
