- EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION This position requires a Master#s Degree and licensure in the State of Connecticut as Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).
- Training and/or familiarity with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting and duty-to-warn mandates, knowledge of community-based resources and experience with pre-authorization and billing processes is preferred.
- Certain Incumbents must#posses#and maintain a valid drivers# license with public passenger endorsement, maintain a driving record free of any violations and pass a safe driving educational program upon hire and annually thereafter in order to participate in the Fleet Vehicle Program as outlined in the Eastern Connecticut Health Network#s Environment of Care Safety Policies and Procedures #110.
