- Coral LTC - Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)/Long Term Care Facilities Position Title: Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Job Location: Multi-Facility (Austin, McGregor, Arlington, Lindale, Vernon, TX) Job Summary: The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
- This position requires frequent travel between the facilities in Austin, McGregor, Arlington, Lindale, and Vernon, TX. The CNO will work collaboratively with facility Administrators and Directors of Nursing to implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve patient outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional development.
- Mentor and support Directors of Nursing and nursing staff, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Travel Requirements: Ø Travel frequently between Austin, McGregor, Arlington, Lindale, and Vernon to provide on-site leadership and support.
