- This positions primary activities include oversight of the Mechanical Integrity Inspection Program, coordination of process hazard evaluations, participation in the management of the change process, compliance/audit responsibility for PSM procedures and collaboration with other functional teams (at each Chemical plant) to ensure action plans are complete/on schedule.
- Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee compliance requirements of OSHA's PSM and EPA RMP. Coordinate the Mechanical Integrity Inspection Program to maintain compliance with PSM regulations and ensure PSM compliance audits for all Chemical Plants.
- Track/Assist plants in completing PSM-related corrective actions.
- Actively participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Maintain PSM/RMP key performance indicators and support the training of PSM team leaders (as necessary).
