- Ensures the MCCS vision and mission and school-wide learner outcomes are met; utilizes Trans-formative Justice practices with all staff, faculty, and students; ensures required reporting is conducted in an accurate and timely manner; supervises the retention, attendance and academic performance of all students; participates in supervising and/or or designating supervision of school faculty.
- Supports the MCCS Director and Management team with efforts and coordination of principles and practices of employee and labor relations, including negotiations and contract administration practices.
- Supports the MCCS Director and Management team as the liaison for efforts and coordination of principles, practices and techniques of human resource management, including recruitment, selection, HRIS, EEO/affirmative action, classification, compensation, benefits, Workers’ Compensation, employee and labor relations, employee development, performance planning and appraisal.
- Develops and maintains systems, methods and procedures to facilitate grant accounting and budgeting; manages, reviews, executes, and monitors the overall financial and budgetary activities of assigned programs; performs comprehensive financial, economic and budgetary analyses and forecasts which support functions, projects, and initiatives in financial and budgetary administration and implementation; prepares fiscal and budget reports for management and oversight boards
