- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with 10+ years of experience in the indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, safety and hazardous building materials industries, and be accredited as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
- Manage and perform IH assessments and develop hazard control recommendations relative to Ventilation, Noise, Radiation, PPE, Toxic and Hazardous Substances, Mercury, Odor/VOCs, Nuisance/Combustible Dust, Silica, Process Safety Management, Health & Safety Management Systems and Construction /Occupational Safety.
- Manage and perform testing and mitigation design services relative to airborne and waterborne Radon.
- Coordination, management and execution of regulated materials surveys for asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint PCB's, universal wastes etc.
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) accreditation is required.
