- The Catering Sales Manager has a primary duty of making sales and contracts for the Mayo Civic Center.
- This position is responsible for generating, managing, and coordinating outside catering sales, coordinates the licensing of space and booking of events for the facility and preparation of catering internal and external communications.
- Under general guidance, the Catering Sales Manager will manage all aspects of catering from booking, through contract negotiation and finalization, to group reception and event catering.
- In addition, the Catering Sales Manager provides collaboration and administrative support to the Catering team.
- Mayo Civic Center is Southern Minnesota's premier destination for local, regional, national and international conventions, entertainment, social and sporting opportunities.
