- The catering manager is responsible for overseeing a budget and catering accountability for one complex location or across a whole unit if volume is less than $100K. This individual meets with customers and creates plans with the culinary team for their events, including menu, number of guests, timeline, and pricing.
- Other responsibilities include developing catering systems conducive to growth, innovation, and excellence in customer service, planning menus in accordance with customer expectations and budget, managing cost control and collection agent, and verification and billing of all sales and proper reporting.
- Prepares daily and weekly sales and cost reports, reviewing financial performance at least monthly with the General Manager or Director.
