As the company's cash position becomes increasingly more important, they are looking to enhance the cash flow reporting process. As a result, they are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to help drive this transformation. The Cash Ledger Project Manager will own the direct cash actuals system generated reporting, reconciliations, and accuracy. The Cash Ledger Project Manager will play a critical role in the Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) Cash Flow system implementation, post go-live issue resolution, training and on-going maintenance of the Direct Cash Actuals reporting system that includes implementation of integrated cash system. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build and review reconciliation reports (Monthly Direct, Monthly Indirect and Daily/Weekly Treasury Direct).</li><li>Resolve reconciling items.</li><li>Work with accounting to correct entries / processes, communicate best practice to the wider group.</li><li>Monitor clearing accounts and communicate with business and accounting/controllership to ensure timely clearing.</li><li>Consult and advise individuals throughout the organization on the best way to record an entry to have the desired impact on cash actuals.</li><li>Research / resolve questions from multiple parties in a timely manner.</li><li>Liaise across Controllership (RTR, ICO, Accounting), Operations (OTC, PTP), FP&A Planners and Management.</li><li>Participate in SAP/S4 testing.</li><li>Participate in super user training and provide training across the organization.</li><li>Be empowered to implement and enforce policies and procedures across the business.</li><li>Lead across divisional and functional task force.</li></ul> Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required, accounting preferred.</li><li>MBA and/or CPA preferred.</li><li>12+ years of related experience.</li><li>Experience with SAP/S4, Hana Cloud and Blackline</li><li>Treasury experience is a plus.</li><li>Prior Cash Ledger experience, preferred.</li><li>Someone who has worked as a finance business partner in treasury and/or accounting.</li><li>Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with and manage a diverse group of people.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; both written and verbal.</li><li>Executive poise and ability to present to Senior Management.</li></ul>
