- Purpose The case aide is responsible for assisting resettlement case managers and the resettlement supervisor with any services required under the Cooperative Agreement with the Department of State, Bureau of Population, Refugee and Migration, as well as under the Matching Grant (MG) Agreement with the Office of Refugee Resettlement.
- Provides interpretation and translation services to refugee clients, including intakes and orientation.
- Keeps informed about refugee and immigrant issues, and available services to refugees, using current information to better identify and serve refugee clients.
