Part-time
- Caregivers assist agency clients with tasks of daily living as outlined in a written care plan established by the agency Care Manager.
- This may include the provision of hands-on personal care services as well as tasks generally considered to be companion or homemaker in nature, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, errands, transportation and companionship.
- Exceptions to this requirement are for recently licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs), or persons who will only be providing companionship and housekeeping services.
- Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Assist clients according to their care plan which may include: companionship, meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, bathing, body care, dressing, feeding, ambulation, positioning, transferring, toileting, and protective supervision.
