Day to Day: <ul><li>Hold a daily morning meeting with your team for effective communication and coordination. </li><li>Conduct face-to-face visits to homes, introducing our company and showcasing our products or services. </li><li>Endure prolonged periods of standing or walking in an outdoor environment. </li><li>Sustain a polished demeanor and adhere to professional standards in both appearance and behavior. </li><li>Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of canvassers to drive a result. </li></ul> Requirements and Skills: <ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age. </li><li>Valid driver's license with an approved driving record. </li><li>Results-driven mindset with a hunger for success.</li><li>Possessing the capacity to uphold a professional and positive demeanor. </li><li>Complete a paid basic management course. </li></ul> Our Canvass Managers enjoy: Lucrative earning potential- <ul><li>Guaranteed base rate of $22.50/hr.</li><li>Uncapped daily bonus opportunities. </li><li>Additional monthly bonus opportunities.</li><li>Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually. Top performers earn over $100,000+ annually.</li><li>Consistent commitment to developing leadership skills and pursuing avenues for personal and professional growth. </li></ul> Experience & Qualifications: <ul><li>A passion for mentorship and the ability to inspire and guide team members towards personal and professional growth. </li><li>Previous leadership/management experience preferred, but not required.</li><li>Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey goals, motivate the team, and engage with clients. </li><li>Flexibility to adapt to evolving market conditions and implement innovative canvassing approaches. </li></ul> Benefits: Employees and their families are eligible to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Accident, and Basic Life Insurance.
