- Under the direct supervision of the Retail Manager and Food Service Supervisors, the cafeteria attendant responsibilities include prepare and serve foods in the cafe, clean and stock cafe stations, maintain cleanliness of cafe and serving areas, serve as cashier as assigned/needed.
- Understands all essential positions of the cafeteria/retail area and can complete tasks as needed without assistance.
- Preps, sets-up, serves and maintains assigned cafe station: Cashier, Chef table, Salad bar, Deli, Grill or Entree line.
- Follow quality and safety controls according to HACCP guidelines.
- Replenish food and supplies to cafe, or catering events, if needed.
