Essential Functions: <ul> <li>Interpret shop drawings and wiring diagrams with accuracy.</li> <li>Utilize Bills of Materials (BOMs) to identify component parts and execute assembly sequences.</li> <li>Perform electrical connections according to specifications.</li> <li>Assemble parts, ensuring precise alignment and fastening using both manual and power tools.</li> <li>Conduct modifications on parts as needed, employing various machine and hand tools.</li> <li>Adjust and position parts meticulously to guarantee proper fit and assembly.</li> <li>Measure parts meticulously to determine tolerances, using precision instruments.</li> <li>Apply labels and identifying marks on parts to maintain organization.</li> <li>Adhere strictly to company policies and values, embodying SECRIT principles. </li></ul> Additional Duties: <ul> <li>Engage in cross-training across different functional departments within the plant.</li> <li>Undertake any other duties as assigned by management to support operational needs. </li></ul> Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: <ul> <li>Proficiency in tool selection, identifying the appropriate tools and equipment for the job.</li> <li>Strong oral comprehension skills to understand instructions effectively.</li> <li>Ability to operate a range of cordless hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.</li> <li>Preferred familiarity with reading shop drawings and wiring diagrams.</li> <li>Capability to read a standard tape measure accurately.</li> <li>Team player mindset, thriving in a collaborative environment. </li></ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.</li> <li>Preferred minimum of one year of manufacturing experience. </li></ul> Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: <ul> <li>Lifting: Capable of occasional lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs; frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs.</li> <li>Finger Dexterity: Precision in handling small objects and components.</li> <li>Manual Dexterity: Swift manipulation of tools and objects.</li> <li>Arm-Hand Steadiness: Maintain steady hands and arms during tasks.</li> <li>Vision: Ability to discern details at close range, including differentiating wire colors. </li></ul> Join us in shaping the future of electrical distribution systems, where your skills and dedication will drive our success.
