- Bussers are responsible for bussing tables in a timely and professional manner by removing all dirty dishes, utensils, and trash from the table and wiping and cleaning the table, chairs and floor areas.
- Buss tables by removing all dirty dishes, utensils, and trash from the table
- Wipes and cleans the table, chairs and floor areas according to Din Tai Fung's Bussing SOP
- Brings full bussing bins (up to 50 pounds) to the dish pit and sorts the contents according to Din Tai Fung's Bussing Standard Operating Procedure ("SOP")
