- The Business Intelligence Analyst (Supply Chain/Logistics) will be responsible for the maintenance of ongoing reporting for internal and external customers, creation of new analytic methods and reporting, detailed analysis relating to prospective and existing customers, as well as internal company data and ad hoc projects.
- As a non-asset-based third-party logistics provider (3PL), the company acts as an intermediary for manufacturers and shippers to distribute products.
- Use statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling to analyze logistics information and develop practical solutions for more cost-effective operations.
- Create reports outlining different cost-saving options such as conversion to multi-stop truckloads, a cross-dock distribution model and consolidation of LTL loads.
- Prepare and maintain several client-centric dashboards and business reports on a weekly basis using customized SQL scripts to extract, manipulate and load (ETL) data from the transportation management system (TMS) database to a secure Azure database.
