- Utilize available tools consistently, accurately, and promptly [including company ERP systems and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document all customer activity.
- Similarly, utilize other in-house tools such as the company website, freight tracking tools, customer and vendor portals to efficiently execute routine job tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire order cycle, serving as the primary point of contact and company representative for customers at all levels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, Sales Operations, Warehouse, Product Management to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities related to customer orders and account management.
- Support special programs when required including servicing walk-in customers, becoming familiar with customers' proprietary purchasing systems, and assisting with RFPs and Special Supply Chain requirements from national accounts.
