- Although we do report weekly on common web KPIs such as traffic, engagement and conversion, as we evolve into a more journey focused and customer centric site, we must consider exploring non-standard KPIs. We are looking for a highly analytical person with enterprise level experience that identifies relevant website insights across a matrixed organization.
- A successful candidate will be an advocate for web analytics best practices and well-versed in what it takes to measure website performance for a multi-thousand page, high-traffic, global marketing website that is localized throughout the world.
- This role requires a proven track record in developing reporting, a deep understanding of web metrics and commonly used third-party platforms, analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities, and interpersonal and project management skills to harness the passion and energy of teams across AWS to deliver content to our customers.
- Analyzing, tracking and reporting on overall site performance, using data to report out progress on key initiatives with insights that will shape future web content strategy.
- Writing compelling narratives from data analysis to illuminate marketing impacts and customer behaviors, enhancing strategic decision-making and storytelling in marketing initiatives
