- The Building Reliability Engineer is focused on maintaining a balance of preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and condition-based maintenance (CBM) strategies designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations by analyzing each system / component based on criticality, failure modes, and available technology to identify / prevent those failure modes.
- Ability to aggregate maintenance procedures into an Annual Maintenance Requirements Work Plan (AWP) to support specific new programs / projects
- Responsible for utilizing CMMS and other analytic tools for trending and analyzing RCM data, performing risk analysis, creating reports to management advocating for preventive maintenance activity, and adjustments to planning & scheduling preventive maintenance
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred with emphasis on Reliability Engineering.
- Maintenance certifications to include Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) from Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP) or similar maintenance related certifications a plus
