- The Building Engineer is responsible for all day-to-day physical building and related support systems of the project under the supervision of the Chief Engineer at a Class A Office Tower in Downtown Minneapolis.
- The Building Engineer is also responsible for working directly with Property Management, Engineering Manager, and Regional Director of Engineering in implementing and maintaining the energy management system, preventative maintenance, quality standards, operating objectives, and goals of the owner and Transwestern (TW).
- The Building Engineer must also exhibit legendary customer service when communicating with tenants, prospective tenants, vendors and owners.
- Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required, i.e. Journeyman or Master Electrician License or City Licenses, such as Refrigeration Certificate of Fitness, High Pressure Boiler License, High Pressure Steam Operator, etc.)
- Must have a thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical and building automation systems.
