- Education, Training, and Experience: High school diploma or GED supplemented by a minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in outside plant (OSP) telecommunications infrastructure construction, operations and maintenance methods to include utility location and construction engineering inspection, GIS utility related field data collection; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Ability to perform GIS integrated/GPS cadastral surveys, data collection and utility permitting are preferred.
- International Municipal Sign Association (IMSA) Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control certification must be obtained within one (1) year of hire.
