- Rush University Medical Center is currently recruiting for an outpatient Breast Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their Cancer Service Line. This provider will join a team of five physicians and four fellow APPs on a four-day, ten-hour schedule providing outpatient coverage at Rush University Medical Center three days a week and one day a week at the RUSH Cancer Care Clinic in Lisle, IL.
- The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a licensed physician assistant (PA) or advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) who functions as a member of the health care team to provide high quality, comprehensive acute and/or routine medical/surgical care of Rush University Medical Center patients within the scope of practice granted in accordance with the RUMC medical staff bylaws.
- Maintains board certification, state licensure, and continuing medical education as outlined by hospital, state, and federal policy.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Licensure.
