- Our client, a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Lancaster.
- As a BCBA , you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA. Provide direct ABA services: Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, utilizing behavior analytic techniques to promote behavior change and skill development.
- Qualifications: Board Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, holding a valid certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- ABA experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities in an ABA setting.
