- The MGH Center for Cancer Research is looking for a bioinformatics analyst to study genomics and epigenomics of breast cancer.
- This position is a joint appointment between the laboratory of Dr. Leif Ellisen, Breast Oncology Program Director, and the Cancer Center’s computational group led by Drs. Esther Rheinbay and Michael Lawrence.
- The successful candidate will join an interdisciplinary team working on rigorous analysis of next generation sequencing data (DNA, RNA, chromatin, single-cells) from tumor and normal samples.
- Apply existing and novel algorithms to breast cancer data sets, critically review and analyze results
