- The seeks a Research Analyst to support a new Behavioral Health Workforce Center within the HPC, an independent state agency on the forefront of health care policy and cost containment in Massachusetts.
- This is an opportunity to join a new team that will analyze and monitor the behavioral health workforce in Massachusetts, as mandated by the Massachusetts Legislature and in partnership with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS).
- Reporting to the Director of Research and Analytics, the Research Analyst will primarily support the Center, with the opportunity to contribute to other behavioral health research projects led by the Research and Cost Trends department.
- Working in Stata, SAS, R, Tableau, SQL, and/or Python to create analytic files and conduct analyses using claims, discharge, licensure, and survey data.
- Experience programming with Stata, SAS, SQL, or other standard statistical software.
