- The Behavior Analyst at Eastern State Hospital functions as a critical part of the clinical teams to conduct assessments and implement behavioral interventions for adults with autism, intellectual or developmental disability, and/or serious mental illness.
- Supervises a Behavior Support Intern, and promotes or assists in programmatic change for continued evidence-based interventions across all units of the hospital.
- Ample opportunities for training, professional development, and community engagement exist with the hope the Behavior Analyst can positively impact the system of care for those with diverse and complex behavioral health needs.
- A master's degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or other clinical profession is required.
- Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
