Specifics to This Position:
 <ul><li>Working with kids (ages) with autism and special needs in their homes or on a school case.</li><li>Education requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Transportation requirements: Reliable transportation<ul><li>Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle preferred</li></ul></li><li>Schedule requirements: Work either part-time or full-time hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.</li><li>Earn starting pay at $19/hr and up with experience.</li><li>Become eligible to earn (BCAT) certification</li></ul>

What You Have:
<ul><li>Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment).</li><li>Eligibility to work in the United States.</li><li>Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings.</li><li>The ability to pass a background check.</li><li>Not to mention, it’s a plus if you:<ul><li>Are bi-lingual, with English/Spanish fluency.</li><li>Studied, majored, or minored in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or a related field.</li><li>Have experience working with children, whether as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or some other form of childcare.</li></ul></li></ul>

What You’ll Be Doing:
<ul><li>Gaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting.</li><li>Creating lasting, positive change for children and their families.</li></ul>Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly, according to client needs. Compensation Range:
$19 - $23 / hour   Other salary range for activities such as administrative work or driving time is $15.50 to $19.00 hourly
