- We start all our Behavior Techs as Part-time in order to provide ample training and support their entry into the field of ABA. Once someone's through their RBT training course they can stay Part-time or go Full-time.
- A Behavior Technician provides one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families under the close supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Each Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will continue to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Behavior Support Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives by collecting data and writing progress notes.
- Effective communication with supervisors and parents is essential to the RBT's success and must be present at all times.
