- Job Description: Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Behavior Technicians (BTs) implement evidence-based behavior intervention methods specific to each child's treatment plan.
- A Behavior Therapist works 1:1 with children/adolescents and teaches skills through play-based activities.
- ABA therapy aims to replace target behaviors (such as tantrums, aggression, noncompliance, and self-injurious behaviors) with socially significant behaviors (i.e., speech and language development, play skills, compliance, self-care, and increased independence).
- Learn more about the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and why its evidence-based practices are beneficial for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
- We provide ongoing support and the opportunity to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst!
