- As a Behavior Technician, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with children on the autism spectrum, helping them develop necessary skills and behaviors through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Precision Teaching techniques.
- We pair Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (the science of learning) with Precision Teaching (PT) (the science of teaching) to provide highly effective services to our learners, children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Precision Teaching methodologies empower our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to make moment to moment independent data based clinical decisions in their Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions with learners.
- We have established mentorship programs and diverse career pathways in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within clinical services, clinical training, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) fieldwork experience to jumpstart your career!
- As a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Jumpstart Autism Center, you will have the incredible opportunity to work one on one with children between the ages of one to twelve years old, providing early intervention behavioral therapy.
