- The Behavior Analyst will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop behavior support plans for children and youth in the surrounding communities.
- The Behavior Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the behavior assessment, programming, and reporting process are carried out in a positive, professional manner, including utilizing dignity and respect when working with individuals with developmental disabilities, effectively advocating for youth and families in achieving desired behavioral outcomes, and complies with all applicable licensing rules, by regulatory entities, and accreditation standards.
- IHSS provides services to clients in La Crosse, Jackson, Monroe, Trempealeau and Vernon counties.
