- As a Baking & Pastry R&D Chef at Campbells, you will hold a pivotal position in our culinary team, responsible for driving innovation and inspiring excellence in the entire product development journey.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, flavor design, sensory, marketing, and leadership executives, to ensure our products meet high-quality standards and delight our customers.
- The Baking & Pastry R&D Chef is responsible for leading culinary execution in the development and execution of new and innovative salty snacks and bakery products.
- The Baking & Pastry Research Chef must be able to lead culinary responsibilities of the snacking division while also being able to work across Business units and collaborate with other chefs within R&D to inspire and bring new ideas and trends to life.
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, Food Science, or Grand Diploma in Pastry Arts5 years experience in a baking & pastry chef role Preferred Qualifications: Experience successfully leading kitchens, teams, projects, and high-profile culinary events.
