- What you'll be doingLead a team to provide technical modeling expertise on cross-functional strategic efforts that involve inforce actuarial models covering the Annuity and RPS business segments.
- Deliver research, modeling, and analysis for various strategic projects that directly impact capital management and business strategy in the Annuity and RPS space.
- Lead a team to develop, improve, and/or maintain model structures related to reinsurance transactions, hedging and asset strategies, and other complex management strategies.
- Engage with model developers and other stakeholders to communicate model specifications and changes required to adapt to updates in product, regulatory, or reinsurance.
- Establish effective working relationships and trust with key stakeholders, such as the Valuation, Capital, Market Risk Management, M&A, and Reinsurance teams.
