- The Quality Manager is responsible to the Site Manager for the overall quality of maintenance within F-5 Adversary program at his site, evaluates the quality of maintenance accomplished in the maintenance organization and performs necessary functions to manage the organization's Quality Assurance Programs IAW the NAMP and other governing instructions, publications, company requirements.
- Ensures that the PAE Quality program is implemented.
- Must comply with established General and Industrial Safety Rules and Regulations as applicable to the contract, facilities and job assignment.
- The Quality Manager shall be capable of performing the functions and have experience in aviation ground safety and management.
- The QA Manager shall have experience in interpreting technical publications, blueprints, wiring diagrams, inspection findings and shall have a minimum of 12 years in aviation maintenance with a minimum of five years as a QA Inspector.
