- Provide financial/business lead support in the areas of project management, procurement, and contract performance measurement including policy interpretation, requirements analysis, planning and administration, cost estimating, contract and subcontract administration, proposal preparation and evaluation, control systems implementation, compliance reviews, performance monitoring, data analysis, risk assessment and status reporting.
- US Citizenship is Required to obtain a Secret Clearance, and for facility and base access.
- Provide internal financial control services including monitoring funding, preparing periodic cost status reports for technical managers and in coordinating with finance department in invoice administration and payments, job cost management, contract audit/filing and close-out process.
- Manages month end close, contract invoicing, financial analysis projects and statistical studies.
- Working knowledge of United States Government Accounting practices is required.
