- The Auto and Liability Claims Customer Service Representative completes accident reports for property, auto, and general liability losses and transmits claim reports and related documentation to claim administrator.
- Provides initial and "triage" direction to managers for vehicle disposition, post-accident drug screens, repair protocol, team member injury management, etc.
- Provide extensive telephonic customer service to field management, claim administrators, customers, etc.
- Complete loss notices for auto, general liability and property claims.
- Immediate notification to Director of Claims and Risk Administration, Claims Manager, and Claim Coordinators of accident of a serious nature.
