- At Behavioral Perspective (BPI), you can become a Behavior Technician and help provide much needed therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism.
- Behavior Technicians (BTs) are paraprofessionals certified in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) serving clients with Autism.
- BTs assist in delivering behavior-analytic services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a Behavior Technician Manager, Clinical Director, and BCBA.
- Receive paid training that leads to earning a professional Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, as well as professional development allowances.
- Receive and maintain an active RBT certification through the BACB (training provided)
