- Responsible for the execution of those measures necessary, as determined by Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance findings, to ensure the provision of quality medical care to NHA patients and ensure HRSA compliance.
- As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse – Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN-CNP) will have direct patient care responsibilities as required by the organization (anticipated to be approximately 60%) on a part-time basis and administration (anticipated to be approximately 40%).
- Remains current on all accreditation standards for FQHCs including TJC, PCMH, HRSA and FTCA. developing and implementing policy and revising procedural processes as necessary to maintain accreditation standards while assuring that policies and procedures are responsive to the changing needs of the organization.
- Responsible for the leadership of all clinical support programs and their integration into the NHA PCMH care model and service delivery (ie.
- Centering, Moms & Babies, Mildred Bayer Clinic for the Homeless) and the development and implementation of such programs.
