- Your work will encompass reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, providing high-caliber legal advice to senior leaders, and supporting both litigation and transactional matters focused on real estate development, construction, property management, debt and credit facilities, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
- You’ll have the opportunity to put to practice your legal skills in litigation by preparing and responding to pleadings, interacting with outside counsel and participating in alternative dispute resolution.
- Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including professional service agreements, subcontracts, memorandums of understanding, and confidentiality agreements.
- Litigation Management: Establish strategic direction and provide insight on practice and procedure for litigation matters throughout the United States
- Language Skills: Fluency in English [and can speak "Bills-talk" during football season- meaning, have a sense of humor].
