- This position is responsible for development and execution of the creative vision for the brand which should result in break-through design and brand expression that captures the hearts and minds of our Customers and Consumers across mediums including, but not limited to but not limited to product packaging, in-store display, communications campaigns, e-commerce and print design projects.
- The ACD directly manages in-house designers and freelance copywriter and any other freelance creative resources required.
- The ACD also works closely with the VP of Marketing to identify external creative agencies that might be required for various projects and helps to guide their work to ensure brand cohesiveness and ubiquity.
- Oversee the creative process and development of all brand material including but not limited to product labels, POS materials, advertising, social media, website content, video production and new product development material.
- Proven experience leading the successful execution of integrated global campaigns across multiple channels including print, broadcast, social, OOH and retail marketing.
