- Job DescriptionThe Associate Community Director is the Team Lead for their group of assigned Community Managers.
- The Associate Community Director is the department subject matter expert and is the first point of contact for the Community Manager team to elevate issues to, ask questions of, and seek guidance from.
- Assist Board of Directors/ARB with architectural review process and/or routine inspections as necessary Department Leadership Assist in overseeing the activities of the Community Manager Team to guarantee each member is performing as necessary according to their job duties and responsibilities as required to ensure our client retention and satisfaction as per each contract provides.
- Utilize Reporting tools such as Power BI to track deliverables, follow up with CAMs and Branch President on findings.
- Assist Branch President with completion of CCTR and ability to create/implement/monitor SRP’s.
