- Manages electrical work including installation, operation, upkeep, maintenance and repair of all electrical systems and including: interior and exterior 120-480 volt AC electrical systems, emergency generator and uninterrupted power systems, fire protection systems, public address system, electrical motors, motor control and lighting control circuits, electrical kitchen equipment, specialized fire suppression, and lighting systems
- Manages electrical work for electrical systems including single and three phase with 120, 208, 277 and 480 volts, signal circuits, control circuits, and low voltage systems
- Diagnoses problems, malfunctions, or design alterations to emergency power systems, electrical systems or electrical equipment, fixtures, tools and appliances and makes corrections
- Maintains knowledge of the National Electric Code, NFPA Standard 72 Fire Alarm Code, regulatory building codes, and EPA, ADA and OSHA laws and regulations and ensure that apprentices are trained on the above
- Six years of experience in commercial electrical work, emergency power systems, and Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS)
